At Wild Blue, we believe in providing everything a runner needs to succeed—whether it’s building strength, improving your running, or learning from the best in the industry. Our flagship Premium membership is an all-inclusive program designed to transform you into the best runner you can be, combining personalised coaching, strength training, and expert education.

For those looking for something more focused, we also offer two targeted options: the Run Free Program for personalised running coaching and the Run Strong Program for online strength classes. But trust us—there’s nothing quite like the full Wild Blue Premium experience.

Building Strength

If you’re a runner—or know runners—you’ll know injuries are one of the biggest obstacles to progress. That’s why strength training is at the heart of what we do. Our online live strength classes, designed by expert strength & conditioning coaches, are tailored specifically for runners to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

Held Monday to Friday, these boutique classes are kept small (max 12 runners) so you get personalised feedback and guidance. Can’t make it live? No worries—every block is recorded and available on our app for you to access anytime. All you need is minimal equipment and a laptop or phone with a webcam so our coaches can monitor your form.

Foot Health: The Foundation of Every Runner

When was the last time you gave your feet a proper workout? Most runners don’t, but strong, healthy feet are the foundation of efficient and injury-free running.

 

That’s why we’ve partnered with Melbourne-based podiatrist Andy Bryant, a leading expert in foot health. As part of your membership, you’ll gain access to a library of transformational foot health exercises AND an exclusive monthly Q&A session where you can learn directly from Andy. This aspect of our program has been a game-changer for so many of our runners.

Community & Accountability

Running doesn’t have to be a solo journey. At Wild Blue, we’ve built a supportive community of runners who motivate and inspire each other to achieve their goals. As a member, you’ll gain access to:

  • A dedicated WhatsApp group where you can connect with like-minded runners and share your progress.

  • Occasional in-person community runs and workshops to meet fellow members and learn from our coaches.​

Personalised Coaching & Plans

Your running journey is unique, and your training plan should be too. That’s why Mitch and Tom work closely with you to create a fully personalised running program based on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Delivered via the Final Surge platform, your plan is dynamic and can be adjusted as needed to ensure you’re always on track.

We don’t just hand you a PDF and wish you luck—every run you complete is tracked and analysed by us. We provide detailed feedback, accountability, and support to help you progress and stay motivated.
 

Premium Members also receive a comprehensive running analysis (in-person or online) to assess your form, foot strike, and biomechanics. This allows us to identify areas for improvement and optimise your running efficiency.
