Equipment recommended to bring: Foam roller, yoga mat, massage ball

What we do: Myofascial release, general warm-up mobility and isometrics, followed by running drills and the core speed session

Mitch is based across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and specialises in athletic performance. A: Not at all. Our group sessions in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast cater to every level. We run by time, not just distance, so no one gets left behind.

Q: Is this a free run club?

A: These sessions are a premium inclusion for our Wild Blue Members. This ensures you get professional coaching, programming, and injury prevention advice, not just a running buddy.

Q: What's the difference between most run clubs and us?

A: Most run clubs are built around the pack. We're built around the individual. Every athlete gets a programme designed for their body, their history, and their goal. The track session is where that programming gets applied - coached, corrected, and progressed in real time.
