7 Days To Discover Wild Blue
Valid for all new members! This will give you full access to our program for 1 week. After the 7 day period you can then decide, based on your experience, whether you would like to continue.
Your First Month
Step 1: Sign Up
Purchase the membership and Mitch and Tom will be in contact with you to schedule a welcome meeting to give you access to everything.
On this meeting we get you access to Final Surge, our Strava Club, Whatsapp Groups and learn more about you and your goals.
Week 1: Start Running
It's time to get to work. Follow the schedule to do the runs. Work hard and have fun. You've now tried some mobility flows and podiatry exercises as well.
Ongoing:Track Progress
Using Final Surge, we'll track your progress, ensure you're staying on track, and provide any feedback. We will adjust the runs as needed to ensure you're plan is as unique as you are.
Step 2: Get Started
Receive your personalised training plan. Based on your needs we will program runs and mobility routines into your schedule for you to follow.
Week 2:Fortnightly Call
Using Final Surge, we'll track your progress, ensure you're staying on track, and provide any feedback. We will adjust the runs as needed to ensure you're plan is as unique as you are.
FAQs
What is Final Surge, and how do I use it? Final Surge is an easy-to-use online platform that keeps all your training plans, progress, and resources in one place. As a Premium member, you’ll find your personalised running program, strength class recordings, and even injury prevention content here. It’s like having your entire coaching team in your pocket—helping you stay organised, track your progress, and crush your running goals.
Can you help with injuries or if I need to pause training? Absolutely. If you’re dealing with an injury, we can help reduce recovery time by connecting the diagnosis from your physio or allied health professional and any scans to ensure you come back stronger. For serious injuries or personal circumstances, you can also pause your training plan—we just ask for one week’s notice.
How do the monthly Q&A sessions work? Once a month, we host a live Q&A session with Andy Bryant on Zoom. Andy is a practising podiatrist with decades of experience, and this is your chance to ask him anything. Whether it’s a specific injury, running technique, or something totally unique to you, no question is off-limits. The session runs for an hour, and if you miss it, don’t worry—it’s uploaded to Final Surge so you can catch up anytime.
How do the fortnightly 1:1 video calls work? Every two weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to book a 1:1 video call with Mitch or Tom via a Google Calendar link. We’ll send out a reminder over the weekend via WhatsApp so you can easily schedule a time that suits you. These calls happen on Google Meet and are your chance to discuss anything. Whether it’s strategies for growth, struggles you’re facing, injury concerns, or analysing your latest stats, we’re here to help you stay on track and thrive.
What injury prevention resources are included? We’ve got an incredible library of expert-led videos designed to keep you running strong and injury-free. Andy Bryant, an experienced podiatrist, covers topics like bunions, plantar fasciitis, and tendinopathy. We also feature videos from a strength and conditioning coach who trains sub-elite athletes, with advice on managing common running injuries like shin splints, ITB issues, and muscle strains.
What is the WhatsApp community group like? Our WhatsApp group is where the magic happens. It’s a vibrant, supportive community where members share tips, ask questions, and connect over everything running-related. Recent discussions have included running with kids, the best headphones for runners, local races, and even the link between sleep and fitness. For Premium members, there’s also a private WhatsApp group with Mitch and Tom, offering bespoke anytime support. Got a question? Send a message, photo, video, or even a voice note. This exclusive feature ensures you always have access to expert advice when you need it most.
