Most runners have never had anyone watch them run - properly. Not a quick glance, not a generic form tip. An actual analysis of how your foot hits the ground, what your body does when the pace changes, and why certain niggles keep coming back.
That's what this session is.
Over 75 minutes, we work through your mechanics in real time. We look at how you move with shoes on - and without. We run drills, adjust variables, and identify the specific patterns that are either limiting your performance or setting you up for injury. Then we build a clear picture of exactly what needs to change and why.
Seven days later, you receive a full written Biomechanical Running Analysis and Performance Report - your mechanics documented, your findings explained, and a specific action plan to take into your training immediately.
